Freelance Social Media Manager for B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to own the social distribution for two B2B SaaS clients in the privacy and cybersecurity space. You will turn long‑form executive content into platform‑specific posts and drive performance across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full‑distribution plan for each client across four social platforms.
• Monitor weekly performance data, identify trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Maintain a forward‑looking content calendar that aligns with production, strategy and marketing goals.
• Coordinate a roster of contractors (video editors, designers, copywriters) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Repurpose podcasts, webinars and long‑form videos into short clips and posts tailored to each platform.
• Spot and resolve production bottlenecks before they affect deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social accounts for a brand with end‑to‑end distribution responsibility.
• Data‑driven mindset able to extract quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Strong project‑management instincts and experience overseeing freelancers.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for quality assurance.
