Freelance Recruiter (Global Recruitment Partner)

About the role

This fully remote freelance opportunity is designed for experienced recruiters who want to manage their own workload while earning commission‑based rewards. Based in Canada, you will partner with a global recruitment program to source, screen, and place candidates across multiple industries worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process, delivering high‑quality candidate submissions.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals and social media to identify qualified talent.
• Screen applicants to assess skills, experience, availability and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter interviews and obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorisations before submission.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Submit candidates through the designated recruitment platform following guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a professional recruitment experience.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics or Executive Search.
• Proven sourcing expertise and ability to work independently across multiple hiring assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to candidate quality.
