About the role
We are looking for a reliable Framer Helper to join our construction team in Surrey, BC. The role involves supporting various framing and site preparation activities on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Perform pre‑operational inspections and clean, lubricate cranes.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
- Clean work areas, remove rubble and handle chemical spill cleanup.
- Clean and lubricate scaffolding equipment.
- Pile salvaged materials.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of construction or related experience.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Dependable, flexible, team‑oriented and hardworking.
- Accurate and reliable attendance.
Required skills
- Blueprint reading.
- Crane operation and basic maintenance.
- Concrete mixing and placement.
