Forward Deployed Technical Consultant – Snowflake AI & Data

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Technical Consultant you will design, build, and operationalize AI and machine‑learning solutions on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for enterprise clients. You will work across the full solution lifecycle, from assessing client needs to delivering production‑ready data products and agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate real‑world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions and maintain a governed Snowflake environment.
• Design and implement ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake SQL, Snowpark Python, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe.
• Build reusable AI‑ready data products and multi‑step agentic AI workflows with Snowflake Cortex suite.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines with vector and semantic search.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via MCP connectors, REST APIs, and event‑driven messaging.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and cloud teams to ensure high‑performance data delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake native features (Snowpark Python, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Cortex AI).
• Strong Python programming and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with data modelling, dbt, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in distributed computing, high‑performance compute, and deploying AI/ML software to the cloud.
• Excellent English communication for client‑facing consulting work.

• Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, advanced SQL.
• Data modelling, dbt, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Vector databases (Snowflake Vector Search, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• MLOps tooling (model registries, experiment tracking, monitoring).
• Streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, Kinesis) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
