About the role
Join McDonald's Campbellton as a Food Service Supervisor, leading a team that prepares and portions food in a fast‑paced environment. You will ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service while supporting staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food preparation staff.
- Train team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food and service quality to meet control standards.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage staffing levels.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar food service or restaurant role.
- Availability for early morning, evening, night, day and weekend shifts.
