About the role
Panago Canmore is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations in its restaurant. The role involves coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and prepare shift rosters.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies and estimate ingredient needs for meal preparation.
- Order merchandise and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise a team of 3‑4 staff members, including apprentices and stage hands.
- Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for new employees.
- Monitor customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with excellent oral communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and a strong team‑player attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Flexibility for early‑morning, weekend, and shift work.
