Food Service Supervisor – Fast Food Outlet

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor will lead a fast‑paced food outlet, ensuring smooth operations, high‑quality service and compliance with safety standards. You will manage staff schedules, train team members and address customer concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and set work rosters.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparers and counter attendants.
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates and regular performance reports.
• Hire new food‑service staff and ensure quality control standards are met.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑food or concession environment.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
