About the role
We are looking for a friendly Food Counter Attendant to join our team at A ONE PIZZA in Gibsons. The role involves serving customers, preparing simple food items, and maintaining a clean dining environment. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring their orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Package take‑out food.
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Take customers' orders.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
- Must be able to lift and move supplies and work flexible hours as needed.
