About the role

Join Tim Horton's in Yarmouth as a Food Counter Attendant, providing fast‑service food preparation and customer service in a busy café environment. You will work with a team to ensure a clean, welcoming dining area and deliver quality food items to guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
  • Prepare, heat and finish simple food items; portion, wrap and package take‑out orders.
  • Take customers' orders at the counter and serve them promptly.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars and other display cases.
  • Receive, unpack and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment and floors; manage kitchen garbage.
  • Wash, peel, slice and cut vegetables and fruit using manual or electrical appliances.

Required profile

  • Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player who can handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime.
