About the role
Join Swiss Chalet #1264 as a Food Counter Attendant, delivering fast‑paced service in a busy urban restaurant. You will support the front‑of‑house team by handling orders, maintaining clean dining areas, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Take customers' orders and package take‑out food.
- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs; load buspans and trays.
- Operate dishwashers and hand‑wash items; place dishes in storage.
- Replenish condiments, supplies, and maintain a sanitized kitchen environment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with a positive attitude.
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, initiative‑driven and able to work under pressure.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar fast‑paced food service role.
