Food Counter Attendant

About the role

Join Wendy's fast‑food restaurant in Medicine Hat as a Food Counter Attendant. You will be the front‑line team member serving customers, preparing simple menu items and keeping the counter area clean and stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders and serve food at the counter.
• Prepare, heat, portion and wrap menu items.
• Package take‑out orders.
• Maintain inventory records of food quantities used.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars and display cases.
• Clean and sanitize workstations using manual and electrical appliances.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Flexible availability for morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow food safety standards.
