Float Front Desk Receptionist – Urgent Care (Bilingual Chinese)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, full‑time Front Desk Receptionist to support our Urgent Care centers across Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and can provide a welcoming, efficient experience for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer questions, and guide them through the check‑in process.
• Manage a multi‑line phone system, route calls, and take messages for providers.
• Provide accurate information in person, by phone, or email.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure office security.
• Submit treatment authorization requests and handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Support multiple clinic locations and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Willingness to work at any of the urgent care sites in Arcadia, City of Industry, El Monte, or Monterey Park.
• Prior experience in a medical front‑desk or healthcare administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a patient‑focused attitude.
