Fixed Income Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Analyst to help train AI models that assist finance professionals. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, measure their progress, and solve problems to improve model quality. This remote, contract position is open to candidates located in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Only applicants residing in Canada will be considered.
• Independent contractor willing to work remotely.
