Financial Services Associate – Full‑Time Sales Role

About the role

The Financial Services Associate will support the sales department at The BMW Store by handling all paperwork and coordination for sold vehicles. You will ensure a smooth, timely delivery experience while providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete all documentation for sold vehicles, including internal and supplier reports.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessories, chemical packages, and clean‑up for delivery.
• Schedule vehicle deliveries promptly and communicate with customers in person and by phone.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and report any accidents to the General Manager.

Required profile

• Well‑organized with strong time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and team members.
• Highly self‑motivated, quick learner, and able to work cooperatively at all organizational levels.
• Strong financial acumen and sound decision‑making capabilities.
