Finance Lecturer – Management Faculty

About the role

The university is seeking a qualified finance lecturer to join the Management Faculty. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate finance courses, linking theoretical concepts to real‑world managerial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures covering time value of money, term structure of interest rates, valuation of financial securities, and financial statement analysis.
• Develop course materials, case studies, and assessments that reflect current industry practices.
• Guide students through financial planning, working capital management, and capital budgeting projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with developments in risk, return, and options valuation to enrich classroom discussions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience, board membership, or active participation in professional associations within the past five years.
• Consideration given to candidates with an undergraduate degree plus a recognized professional designation.
• Prior university teaching experience is an asset.
