Filling Operator – Afternoon Shift (Mon‑Fri 3‑11 pm)

About the role

Baxter is seeking a dedicated Filling Operator for its Alliston facility. You will work the permanent afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 15:00‑23:00 EST) producing IV solutions that save and sustain lives. The role combines hands‑on production tasks with strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visually inspect IV bag assemblies for defects.
• Fill IV solutions into bags of various sizes.
• Place filled bags into protective over‑wrap and load them onto sterilizer trays.
• Weigh filled bags at regular intervals to verify correct fill volume.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use additional PPE when required.
• Adhere to safety and gowning requirements, including safety glasses, shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask, and boots.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy manufacturing environment.
• Team‑oriented and able to rotate tasks throughout the shift.
• Available to work the specified afternoon shift schedule.
