Fill Crew Associate

About the role

Join Canadian Tire as a Fill Crew Associate in Summerside, where you will help move products from the warehouse to the sales floor efficiently. This position offers both part‑time and full‑time schedules in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, report low stock, and handle paperwork daily.
• Place product and overstock in appropriate locations and assist with pricing and label verification.
• Maintain a clean work area, dispose of garbage and cardboard, and report stolen or damaged goods.
• Greet customers courteously and comply with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, use ladders and reach for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Strong computer and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Forklift certification (asset).
• Skyjack (scissor lift) certification (asset).
