Fast Food Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at UMI Sushi Express in Rocky View, Alberta. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
• Plan and organize daily operations and set staff work schedules.
• Supervise staff and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Determine service types, implement operational procedures, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Accurate and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Client‑focused and reliable team player.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work efficiently with interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
