Fast Food Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza location on Yale Road in Chilliwack. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets, monitor revenues, and control labour and food costs.
• Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations, including staff scheduling, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Supervise a team of 5‑10 employees, ensuring health and safety compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and adjust menu pricing based on cost analysis.
• Handle customer complaints, participate in marketing initiatives, and manage cash handling and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing a fast‑food or restaurant operation.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass basic security and criminal record checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows).
• Experience using an electronic cash register and spreadsheet tools.
