Fashion Designer – Activewear & Intimates

About the role

Tefron is seeking a creative Designer to lead the development of innovative, trend‑right activewear and intimates collections. You will take concepts from initial sketch to final prototype while ensuring commercial viability and alignment with the brand’s sustainability focus.

Key responsibilities

• Design full activewear and intimates collections, from concept through to prototype.
• Create detailed sketches, digital illustrations, and presentation boards that clearly convey design intent.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Technical Design, Sales, and overseas partners to maintain design integrity throughout the development cycle.
• Interpret seasonal direction, market trends, and consumer insights to build compelling assortments.
• Participate in fittings, provide feedback, and refine samples to meet quality standards.
