About the role
The Farm Supervisor will lead a team of general farm workers and harvest labourers at our orchard and nursery operation. You will ensure safety, bio‑security and quality standards are met while maintaining accurate production records.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily work of farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Enforce farm safety and bio‑security procedures.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Oversee growing, crop‑related operations and general farm duties.
- Supervise maintenance and repair services.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant farm supervision experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and a team player.
