Family Practitioner / General Practitioner – Full‑time or Part‑time

About the role

We are seeking full‑time and part‑time Family Medicine physicians to join the newest clinic in South Delta, located just outside Walmart in Tsawwassen. The position offers flexibility to work onsite in the clinic or in a hybrid model, with support from an Office Manager and Medical Office Assistant team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive health, and routine examinations.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Med Access EMR system.
• Provide locum coverage for physician holidays as needed (e.g., May 14 – June 6 2026).

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Medicine physician.
• Eligibility to practice medicine in Canada.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and community health.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Med Access electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Alternative payment arrangement with estimated remuneration of $350,000–$500,000 CAD per year.
