About the role

La Vie Health is seeking an experienced Family Physician to join its Kanata clinic. The role offers the chance to practice in a physician‑led, technology‑enabled environment that emphasizes preventive, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a curated patient panel, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Utilize AI‑driven clinical tools and state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nutritionists, and performance specialists.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the new flagship facility’s clinical services.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree and active license to practice in Ontario.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience as a Family Physician.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered, preventive care.
• Interest in working within a technology‑enabled clinical setting.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
