Family Child Care Provider – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Child Care Provider to join a private household in Winnipeg on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role involves caring for infants and children in the employer’s home, ensuring their safety, development, and well‑being throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, feeding, dressing, bathing and hygiene assistance for infants and children.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate games, outings and educational activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage rest periods.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information and any incidents.
• Transport children to school, appointments and extracurricular activities, including travel with the family as needed.
• Support children’s emotional well‑being, assist with homework and promote social development.
• Uphold a safe, clean and healthy home environment in accordance with parents’ guidelines.
