About the role
The Biology Department is hiring teaching assistants for the Fall 2026 term. Up to 100 positions are available across a wide range of undergraduate biology courses, with a workload of 45 to 180 hours per term.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in teaching activities for assigned biology courses listed in the posting.
- Support laboratory sessions, tutorials, and discussion sections.
- Help with grading, assessment preparation, and providing feedback to students.
- Contribute to course administration and related duties as required.
Required profile
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
- Ability to manage 45–180 work hours per term.
