About the role

Key responsibilities

• Mark assignments and exams for BIOL300 following established guidelines.
• Develop and apply grading keys, delivering consistent and constructive feedback.
• Enter grades into the MyCourses platform and maintain supplemental Excel records.
• Meet all grading deadlines and uphold confidentiality of examination materials and student records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Grader for a biology course.
• Currently enrolled as a graduate student at McGill University.
• Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for grade record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with the MyCourses platform.
