About the role
The Faculty Feedback Support Analyst works within the Faculty of Medicine’s Faculty Development Office to support the development, administration, and implementation of the Faculty Feedback policy for postgraduate medical education. This role ensures that feedback data are collected, analysed, and reported in line with accreditation standards and university policies.
Key responsibilities
- Operationalise governance and management activities for Faculty Feedback across the PGME program.
- Produce accurate faculty feedback reports and distribute them to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with faculty, program managers, and administrative assessment teams to gather and analyse feedback data.
- Support continuous improvement of feedback processes through business analysis and process optimisation.
- Collaborate with Educational Administrative Systems Support Analysts to maintain reporting systems.
Required profile
- Experience in business analysis, process support, or continuous improvement within an educational or medical setting.
- Familiarity with faculty feedback, accreditation requirements (RCPSC, CFPC), and university policies.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with senior leadership, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to manage reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
