Facility Services Supervisor – Maintenance

About the role

The Facility Services Supervisor – Maintenance will organise and oversee the day‑to‑day operation of building and site fabric at Pinewood Studios. Reporting to the Head of Group Facility Services, you will manage both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operation of world‑class production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise reactive, planned and preventative maintenance tasks and small projects across the studio.
• Manage the in‑house trade team’s daily workload through a CAFM system, allocating tasks and verifying completion to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Specify, order and control materials for trade teams, monitoring stock levels and budgetary spend.
• Assist the Head of Group Facility Services in obtaining quotes and managing sub‑contractors for repairs, refurbishments and minor projects.
• Ensure all work performed by employees and contractors meets required standards and health‑and‑safety regulations before sign‑off.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to address maintenance requests promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Facility Services Supervisor or Manager with strong technical knowledge of building fabric maintenance.
• Excellent organisational and people‑management abilities.
• Track record of delivering maintenance programmes within budget and time constraints.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
