About the role
We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Mississauga. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and track budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications for senior executives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, engage stakeholders, and monitor progress.
- Adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
