About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in our Great West Corporate Taxation function. The role ensures seamless operations, manages complex deliverables, and helps senior leadership prioritize tasks and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination and prioritisation of competing demands.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, arrange Board and senior leadership meetings, and prepare related materials.
- Maintain structured digital filing systems, manage travel, expenses and general office operations.
- Assist with workflow management across multiple deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare, format and edit presentations, reports and documents for senior and Board audiences.
- Support routine tax‑related processes, basic calculations, payment requests and tracking of tax forms and regulatory documentation.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to streamline workflows and provide light technical troubleshooting.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in finance, accounting or tax.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and sound judgment.
- Comfort working with numbers and performing basic financial or tax calculations.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong relationship‑building abilities.
