Executive Assistant II – Senior Support for Leadership

About the role
The Executive Assistant II provides high‑level administrative support to up to two members of the lululemon Executive Team. Working from an SSC hub in a hybrid model (minimum four days onsite), the role acts as the primary connector between senior leadership and departmental needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, prioritize time‑sensitive emails, and coordinate meeting invitations, agendas, rooms, technology, and refreshments.
- Prepare briefing notes, minutes, and documentation for meetings and business correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive office, department staff, and the broader EA team.
- Oversee C‑suite travel planning, including complex multi‑leg itineraries and continuous rescheduling.
- Handle financial tasks such as processing executive expenses, raising purchase orders, paying invoices, and reviewing employee expense claims.
- Maintain confidential information and ensure proper handling of sensitive data.
- Support departmental space planning, special projects, and onboarding of senior executives in partnership with People & Culture.
Required profile
- Demonstrated business acumen and maturity in an executive support role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the EA team and other departments.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow up on action items effectively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with an “executive partnership” approach to planning.
