Exam Invigilator – Psychology Department

About the role

We are seeking reliable invigilators to support the Department of Psychology during a series of scheduled examinations. The role involves ensuring a smooth, secure, and fair testing environment for students.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive 30 minutes before each exam to set up the examination room according to specific requirements.
• Assist in administering the exams, distributing and collecting exam materials.
• Monitor students to ensure compliance with exam regulations and address any questions or concerns.
• Alert the professor promptly if issues arise during the exam.
• Remain on site for 30 minutes after the exam to complete takedown and verify that no materials are left behind.
• Report back to the professor and ensure proper delivery of completed exams.

Required profile

• Client‑focused and service‑oriented with a punctual attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of following instructions, working independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor that does not disrupt students.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; French proficiency is a plus.
