About the role
McGill University is seeking reliable individuals to serve as exam invigilators during the upcoming examination period. You will help ensure that exams are administered smoothly, securely, and in accordance with university policies.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the delivery of exam materials and documentation.
- Monitor exam rooms to ensure students comply with exam regulations.
- Alert the professor promptly if a student raises a question or concern.
- Collect all exam papers and materials at the end of each session and verify that nothing is left behind.
- Report back to the program administrator or director regarding exam delivery and any incidents.
Required profile
- Understanding and commitment to confidentiality and security of exam materials.
- Adherence to McGill University policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependability, reliability, and punctuality.

What we offer
- Hourly wage of $18.00 (CAD) for the duration of the exam period.
