About the role

Join FAN EXPO HQ’s vibrant team of event professionals as an Event Operations Coordinator. Based in Toronto, you will help deliver world‑class pop‑culture events across North America, ensuring every logistical detail runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing all logistical aspects of events, keeping delivery on time and within budget.
• Co‑manage relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, hotels, AV providers, cleaning services, food & beverage partners, staffing agencies, signage, registration, security, decorators and other contractors.
• Support the Show Director in overseeing partner deliverables and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as the liaison between the sales team and show management for floor plans, room layouts, and booth regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve event delivery, creativity and operational efficiency.
