Evening Online Instructor – Postgraduate Business Management

About the role

CIMT College is seeking an Evening Online Instructor to deliver the Postgraduate Business Management program. The role involves using provided instructor manuals and resources to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for employment in business management.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of business management concepts.
• Deliver curriculum using only pre‑authorized materials.
• Teach through lectures, presentations, case studies, group projects and laboratory work.
• Apply adult teaching and learning strategies for diverse learners.
• Administer, mark and return quizzes, assignments, exams and other assessments.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance and arrange student feedback on the course.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure classrooms are left clean and orderly.
• Support the admissions team with program inquiries.
• Participate in meetings, graduation events and professional development activities.
• Uphold student confidentiality and resolve complaints professionally.
