Estate Litigation Associate

About the role

Hammerco is seeking an experienced Estate Litigation Associate to build and lead a self‑sustaining practice. You will work both independently and collaboratively on complex estate matters while contributing to a culture that puts people first.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a boutique estate‑litigation practice, including client acquisition and retention.
• Handle complex estates, will‑variation disputes, undue influence claims, and related litigation.
• Mentor junior lawyers and staff, shaping strategy and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Combine business development, client service, and high‑calibre litigation work.

Required profile

• 6+ years of estate‑litigation experience (more is a plus).
• Proven ability to develop and sustain a book of business.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Interest in working within a modern, flexible, tech‑enabled firm.
