Equipment Technician – Montreal

About the role

Vixxo is seeking a full‑time Equipment Technician to provide reactive and preventative maintenance for commercial coffee equipment across Montreal and surrounding areas. You will work independently, travelling to client sites to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and service commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders and water systems within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, delivering reliable service that fosters loyalty.
• Meet Service Level Agreements by conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance, and completing accurate paperwork.

Required profile

• Creative problem‑solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical customers.
• Continuous learner eager to expand technical expertise.
• At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience.
• Passion for coffee – tasting is part of the repair process.
• Smartphone proficient for inventory and scheduling tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and ability to lift 50 lb unaided.
