About the role
Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers are seeking an experienced Epiccare Beacon (Oncology) Team Lead or Associate Manager to join client engagements. You will act as a bridge between Accenture, the Epic vendor, and the client to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of oncology workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Document current state business workflows and assist in designing new workflows.
- Identify detailed product requirements, use cases, and contribute to high‑level functional specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and analysts to define metrics and performance goals.
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user‑acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Provide guidance on system configuration, integration setup, and support testing activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads.
Required profile
- Certified Epiccare Beacon (Oncology) professional with experience leading or managing implementations.
- Mid‑level experience in health‑care IT projects, preferably within oncology domains.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
