Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Lead

About the role

The Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory Lead will guide the design, configuration, and implementation of Epic Willow solutions for our clients. Working closely with Accenture teams, software vendors, and client stakeholders, you will ensure that business workflows are accurately captured and translated into effective Epic applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows and assist in designing new workflows.
• Identify detailed product requirements, use cases, and contribute to high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and analysts to define metrics and performance goals.
• Transition requirements and use cases to ensure clear understanding across teams.
• Translate requirements into test conditions for product, performance, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to verify design and performance meet requirements.
• Configure systems, set up integrations, and support testing activities.
• Act as liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads to align data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to document and redesign business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering complex healthcare IT projects.
