Epic Non-Clinical Certified Senior Analyst / Consultant – Team Lead

About the role

Join Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers as a senior analyst or consultant leading Epic Non-Clinical implementations. You will work closely with client teams, software vendors, and internal experts to design, configure, and optimize Epic non‑clinical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and design new business workflows aligned with client objectives.
• Define detailed product requirements, use cases, and high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and analysts to set metrics and performance goals.
• Translate requirements into test conditions for product, performance, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Configure system settings, support integration setup, and assist with testing activities.
• Act as liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads to ensure clear data‑structure understanding.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epic Non‑Clinical Application certified senior analyst, consultant, or team lead.
• Strong background in business analysis and workflow design within healthcare environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams.
