Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst / Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst / Team Lead to join Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers. In this role you will collaborate with Accenture teams, the Epic vendor and client stakeholders to design, document and implement business reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high‑level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects and analysts to define metrics and performance goals.
• Transition requirements and use cases to ensure clear understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews of design and work products.
• Advise on system configuration, integration setup and support testing activities.
• Serve as intermediary between client Epic team and Accenture tech leads to align data structures, workflows and technology capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epic Clarity Report Writer or similar reporting analyst.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
