Entry Level Software Engineer

About the role

Join PheedLoop’s engineering team to build the technology that powers live events. As an entry‑level Software Engineer you will contribute to both backend and frontend systems that enable organizers to deliver seamless experiences for thousands of attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, production‑ready code for backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Design, implement, and improve REST API endpoints.
• Translate technical design specs into pixel‑perfect UI components.
• Participate in peer code reviews, QA testing, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, logging and monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for software development through personal projects or side builds.
• Eagerness to receive mentorship, apply feedback, and continuously improve.
• Team‑first mindset with sharp problem‑solving instincts.

Required skills

• Python programming; experience with Django is a plus.
• React or similar frontend framework.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
