About the role

As an Entry Level Sales Agent at NVS Solutions, you will be the friendly face of our telecommunications services, guiding customers through their options and helping them build a package that fits their lifestyle and budget. No cold calling is required – you’ll work with qualified leads and receive paid training to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily customer inquiries and ensure accurate enrollment processing.
• Attend team meetings to discuss priorities, product updates, and daily goals.
• Meet with qualified customers, answer questions, and propose personalized service packages.
• Process new enrollments and service upgrades while maintaining precise records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
