Entry Level Operator – Potash Production

About the role

The Mosaic Company is seeking an Entry Level Operator to join its potash production site in Colonsay, Saskatchewan. You will receive comprehensive training and work as part of a team to support safe and efficient mining operations, either on the surface or underground.

Key responsibilities

• Safely perform duties in a potash production environment (surface mill/loadout or underground).
• Operate mobile equipment after training.
• Complete required exams, training modules, and task sheets for equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow written and oral instructions and complete required reports.
• Comply with environmental regulations, occupational health & safety standards, and Mosaic site policies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn, develop skills and progress through defined career paths.
• Positive attitude, reliability and ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, climb stairs, work at heights and wear a respirator.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
