About the role
The Mosaic Company is seeking an Entry Level Operator to join its potash production team in Colonsay, Saskatchewan. You will work onsite in a safe, collaborative environment, supporting either surface or underground mining operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform safe duties in a potash production setting, including surface mill/loadout or underground tasks.
- Operate mobile equipment after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete required exams, training modules, and task sheets for equipment.
- Follow written and oral instructions and prepare required reports.
- Adhere to environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and Mosaic site policies.
Required profile
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb, climb stairs, and work at heights.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
Required skills
- Mobile equipment operation (training provided).
