Entry-level Donor Engagement Representative

About the role

We are hiring Donor Engagement Representatives to join our team in Vancouver. In this entry‑level position you will represent charities, businesses and hospitals through face‑to‑face community campaigns, connecting with the public and helping generate meaningful support for important causes.

Key responsibilities

• Start friendly, professional conversations with members of the public.
• Build genuine rapport and create positive interactions.
• Represent charities, hospitals and other organizations with enthusiasm.
• Educate the residential community about campaigns and causes.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in team training, coaching and daily briefings.
• Maintain accurate and ethical donor interactions.
• Work at public venues, events and pre‑approved outreach locations.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable talking to new people.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated by goals.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Interest in developing sales and communication skills.
• Willingness to work face‑to‑face with the public.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is an asset but not required.
