Entry-Level Data Analyst (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated entry‑level Data Analyst to join our remote team in Canada. The role focuses on collecting, cleaning and analysing data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to develop their analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Excel, SQL or BI tools.
• Create dashboards and visualisations with Power BI or Tableau.
• Assist teams in tracking KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Support data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and databases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Document processes, data findings and analytical results.
• Help automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in data analysis or a related area; internships or academic projects are acceptable.
