Enterprise Solution Architect – Solution Architecture Planning

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and planning of solution architectures for a major airline client. The role is hybrid, based in Montreal, and will run for at least six months.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into differentiated, deliverable solution designs.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to align solutions with the client value proposition and business case.
• Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that meet technical and business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Analyze complex challenges, develop strategic approaches, and optimize solution performance.
• Work cross‑functionally to integrate diverse perspectives and improve project outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior solution architect, preferably in the airline or transportation sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to make decisive technical decisions and influence multiple teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – advanced proficiency.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Datasphere – advanced proficiency.
