Electronics Technician – Consumer Products

About the role

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join our consumer products team in Toronto. You will work on-site providing repair, installation, and maintenance services for a range of electronic devices, including computers, Apple products, and telephone equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect products to determine repair requirements.
• Install, repair, and test electronic equipment and assemblies.
• Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults.
• Calibrate products using hand tools and adjust repaired items for proper functioning.
• Prepare cost estimates, complete work orders, and generate maintenance reports.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians.
• Provide on‑site customer service and support.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education in a related field.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in electronic equipment repair.
• Experience working in a repair or on‑site service setting.
• Ability to work full‑time on site in Toronto.
