Electromécanicien – Maintenance industrielle (10 mois)

About the role

We are looking for an Electromechanic to join a growing food‑processing plant in Laval on a 10‑month evening shift contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will work within a maintenance team to keep production equipment running smoothly and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic failures on production lines.
• Identify root causes and plan corrective actions.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Respond to production service calls and restore equipment promptly.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Contribute to reliability and availability improvement projects.
• Follow health‑safety, hygiene and quality procedures specific to the agro‑food sector.

Required profile

• DEP or equivalent in electromechanical systems, industrial mechanics or related field.
• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and determine their origin.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Experience in the food‑processing industry is an asset.
• Willingness to work the evening shift.
